How much are vehicle passes?
1 ticket/vehicle pass = 1 car full of your friends and family! Vehicle passes are $25 each. Tickets are sold by carload NOT PER PERSON. Pre-sale is encouraged to ensure a fast transaction, but we will sell tickets w/ credit card only on-site. Tickets cannot be purchased with cash on-site. Tickets are limited, so we highly recommend purchasing ahead of time! THIS EVENT IS RAIN OR SHINE! Purchase tickets HERE.
How will passes be redeemed?
Please have your ticket email ready on your phone with the QR code displayed upon your arrival OR you can print out your ticket. Either way - ticket scanning is completely contactless! If you have purchased a light-wand, Trot & Treat bag (Thursdays) or Treats on the Trail (Saturday & Sundays) you will receive them when you arrive.
What if I need to change the date I picked?
On a case by case basis we will help you through the process. Please either message the Spooktacular Stroll Facebook or call (315)952-9592 during business hours M-F 9am-5pm
Do I need to buy a vehicle pass AND pay per person?
No! We are charging by the vehicle due to parking capacity. So once you purchase a vehicle pass you are all set!
Is this a walk-thru or a drive-thru?
This event is a 1/2 mile WALK through the park. Your vehicle will be parked in the big parking lot at Long Branch Park!
How does “Treats on the Trail work”?
At check-out on the ticketing website you can add a “Treats on the Trail” bag ( 1 bag per child). If you’ve purchased this option you’ll receive the empty bag & a Treat Pass upon arrival at the gate. The pass will be shown to our staff along the trail at the five treat stations. This part of the event is Saturday & Sundays ONLY. Didn’t get one ahead of time? That’s ok - you can purchase a Treat Pass on-site at our Boo Booth!
Uh oh! What if I didn't get my wands at check-out?
If you forgot, that’s ok - we will have LED wands, candy and (Saturday / Sundays only) Treats on the Trail bags for sale on-site at the Boo Booth! CREDIT CARD only.

Is this event scary? Is The Spooktacular Stroll appropriate for kids?
Spooktacular Stroll is not scary in the least, in fact we made it FOR kids! Unlike “Haunted Houses”, this is a fun walk-thru event on a 1/2 mile trail through the woods where themed sections provide a light-up Halloween fantasy adventure for all ages!
Will there be any food or drinks available on-site?
Yes! Every day will will have a small collection of food vendors on-site. Food trucks will be listed on the “Food Truck Schedule” page HERE.
Are there bathrooms on-site?
Yes, there are porta-potties available as you enter the gate.
What should I wear?
It doesn’t just have to be Halloween to dress up! We highly encourage costumes each night! Please no dress-up masks on adults or play-weapons.
The trail is freshly paved, but if kids want to play in our open field they’ll need some boots if it rains!
Is The Spooktacular Stroll handicapped-friendly?
Our parking lot is paved and the trail is freshly paved. Just remember, this is a 1/2 mile long walkthrough!
Is this a pet-friendly event?
We have dedicated Thursday nights to be DOG-O-WEEN nights - those specific nights we encourage you to bring the pups! Not all patrons are comfortable with our furry friends - so please only bring your dogs on Thursdays!
